SOWORE ANNOUNCES PLANNED MASS PROTEST FOR JUNE 12

Human rights activist and African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has reportedly scheduled a nationwide protest on June 12, Nigeria’s Democracy Day.

According to his recent statements and mobilization messages, Sowore and his supporters are planning what he described as a mass demonstration across the country to demand accountability and address governance concerns.

The planned action is expected to coincide with the annual June 12 commemoration, a date symbolizing Nigeria’s democratic struggle.

Security attention has continued to rise around his activities, following previous protests linked to his movement.

The development is already generating public debate across political and social circles.
